CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Failure to do so will incur in losing your deposit fee. Additionally, we allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you exceed this time frame, the appointment will be canceled, and the same cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
