CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: We kindly ask that any appointment changes or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows will result in a fee of 25% of the total service cost. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you exceed this time frame, the appointment will be canceled, and the same cancellation fee will apply.
